Janine began her path in health education and healing at Taranaki Polytechnic (WITT) where she trained to be a registered nurse. During her training, Janine became drawn to Natural Medicine.
In 2001 Janine studied to become a Naturopath and Herbalist at South Pacific College in Ellerslie, Auckland.
Janine has worked as a Naturopath in clinic since 2004 and her focus is to treat a person as a whole by supporting their wellbeing on all levels of the body, mind, emotions and soul. Her focus is to treat each person as an individual and has a gentle approach to treating a client. Janine feels that it is important to be a facilitator and to encourage a client to tune in and trust in their ability to do what they need to do to heal.
Janine uses a blend of her intuition, her base knowledge and muscle testing to determine her treatment plan for her clients. She uses many modalities of natural medicine, these include herbal medicine, vitamins, minerals, essences, homeopathy, body work, reflexology, diet and lifestyle changes and a variety of emotional process treatments.
